Annual Report 2025

The objective of the Medical and Dental Defence Union of Scotland’s (MDDUS) strategic communications team for this annual report was to articulate the customer promise to the membership.

Our approach was to develop a set of relatable infographics for the 4 key customer promises and then extend this clean and simple illustrative style across the whole report to signpost the information in a way that would engage and inform the audience. This approach, combined with location photography of staff members, pulled quotes and key stats delivered on our clients objectives, and more importantly it received praise from the MDDUS members.
