The Health Behaviour in School-aged Children (HBSC) Scotland study is part of a larger cross-national study (covering 50+ countries and regions) in collaboration with the World Health Organisation (WHO) Regional Office for Europe. With the survey covering a wide range of health and wellbeing topics, our task was to present the data in a way that was as informative as it was engaging to the non-academic stakeholder audience.

With the survey focusing on health behaviours that affect young adolescents, such as – substance use, sexual health, electronic media, eating behaviours, etc. we created a bank of icons, infographics and supporting material to clearly represent that group and their experiences. The overall page layout adhered to the HBSC brand guidelines which we had previously delivered for the client.
